Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. pk465 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any bonus, winnings derived from bonus funds, or associated credits where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner that exploits mathematical loopholes, or engaging in any conduct designed to manipulate the wagering requirement system. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with pk465, and any such determination is final.
Each game offered on the pk465 Platform is governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager. pk465 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events — are governed by pk465's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or the settlement of a betting market, the decision of pk465's trading team shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.
pk465 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. Manifest errors include, without limitation, human errors, software errors, or technical faults that result in clearly incorrect odds or payouts being displayed. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance.
All game and betting results displayed on the Platform are considered final once settled. pk465 reserves the right to correct any settlement errors and to recalculate the outcome of any game or bet where a technical error has caused an incorrect result to be displayed or applied. Winnings incorrectly credited as a result of a technical error may be reclaimed by pk465 from the player's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk465 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

pk465's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk465 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk465 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk465 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any content displayed thereon.
pk465's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference.
